Overview[]
Carl, known as Bear, is Rafe and Georgia Khatchadorian's stepfather and the ex-husband of Jules Khatchadorian. He is perceived as lazy and uncaring for his family. He often calls Rafe "Squirt" and "Freak" and yells at him frequently. As a result of his short temper, he shoved his wife Jules when they got the Operation: R.A.F.E. notebook photocopies, causing her to almost break her wrist. Even though Jules didn't press charges on him, he was forced to move out and divorce with her. His current whereabouts are somewhere at his friend's house.
The Khatchadorians[]
Rafe Khatchadorian: Bear obviously doesn't like Rafe when he talks about "going to handle him" to Jules during their fight.

Georgia Khatchadorian: He yells at Georgia a lot according to Rafe. Now we just don't think Bear likes kids. At all.
His real name is Carl. A bully who hates Rafe and Georgia. He likes Jules and proposed to marry her. He moved into their house and watches TV. He drinks ZOOM. He has a dog named Ditka. He is very hairy, which is how he got the name "Bear" and he is often portrayed as a big, dumb bear always getting into trouble in Rafe's drawings
Jules Khatchadorian: We think Bear has a good relationship with Jules. He's nervous when she falls and still gives her, well TRIES to give her a phone number to call him! Tough luck!
Leo The Silent/Leonardo Khatchadorian: As far as I know, Bear doesn't know who Leonardo Khatchadorian is and has no CLUE that "Leo" (He never wants to hear that name in that house EVER AGAIN) is actually the imaginary friend of Rafe that used to be Jules's son.
Luca Khatchadorian: As far as we know, Bear realizes that Jules had another husband first. I'm guessing, though he doesn't know Luca, he hates him as much as he hates Rafe, Georgia, and hearing Jules and Rafe talk about Leo.
